Checking pH for health
I use the strips to check the pH of my saliva and my urine, to see if the pH is on the healthy side. The strips seem to work satisfactorily., Also for strongly acidic (vinegar) or basic (baking soda) solutions.
ebay carried a similar brand a few years ago, with a similar name, pH 1-14, plus, a Chinese brand name: Guangfanshizhi. They were slightly better, colorwise

Indispensible facial soap.
I have used these bars for many years and wouldn't dream of using anything else. My pores don't get clogged for one thing, and being fragrance free protects my skin from risky toxins.
