Fixed my fan issues
I bought a used T440P unfortunately the fan was damaged and the seller din't disclose it and wouldn't repair it. Fortunately these laptops are very easy to work on and the fan replacement takes all of 10 minutes. Make sure the connector with the mother board is the correct one for your T440P there are two different ones and you have to get the correct one.You also need to make sure the fan is compatible with your graphics card as some T440p's have Intel only and some have the dedicated graphics cards.

Apple what have you done?
Having used Mac laptops since the G3 ibook days, I've always found Mac's to be superior to all but the highest end PC notebooks out there. Unfortunately, the new (2016 and beyond)Macbook Pro's just should not be bought, especially for the premium price Mac's have always cost.
-1st and foremost the keyboards are in my opinion defective by design, they will break, and once off of warranty they are very expensive to replace 700USD I admit I preferred the longer travel of the older keyboards, but I could get use to the new ones, if they didn't fail, which I believe they will.
-User serviceability, or total lack of...Not the hard drive, ram, or battery
-The touchbar is crap, a gimmick at best
-Battery life, not as bad as when first launched, but at best mediocre
Kind of sad, the new MBP's are fast and powerful, and have beautiful displays. But really if the 2015 MBP 15 has enough power I'd get that even with the 3 generation old hardware, it's still a very fast computer with the better keyboard and you can upgrade the SSD and remove the battery yourself.
