Great Oreck
The sweeper is fantastic. I put on a new brush roller and its like brand new. My only negative was that someone had taken a spot on the cord that was very sightly frayed, hardly at all, and put red paint on it to cover the spot. Needless to say the red paint and rubber cord interacted and made a red mess on the cord that then went on my carpet. It did come out but I was a little unhappy about it. I Cleaned the cord off put a small amount of electrical tape on the cord outer jacket and now no problems. I will note that the cord scuff had not even began to cut through the outer jacket so I really do not understand the need for red paint.
The product itself was excellent for the money paid..............................

Great little machine
5 of 5 found this helpful No need to get the gas torch out any more. Have cut 1/4 steel plate with this (slowly) neat clean and no mess like a ox/acty torch. Very seldom need to get the heavy unit out. Consumables are cheap. A great buy just need to learn the limitations like any other piece of equipment.
