I have just started and still on my first bottles. I have noticed a difference. I lightly workout but for someone who really pomps iron, I think you shall see a very noticeable change. Good luck.

No bad rubbish
Good for the price. Eco-friendly for the most part. Wish it would be built more hardy. The bottle is plastic and so too it the horn. But I had no issues. Very loud horn. Worth the price. Would buy again.
