power window switch repair connector pigtail lead wires Chevelle Camaro GTO 442

Not exact fit for 1968 GS/Skylark.

This part looks like it is OK for the 1968 Skylark, but it is not. The wire location is inverted when installed (I guess OK), but more importantly, the actual exterior 4 door switch that goes into it, does not seal correctly, thus not catching the power signal correctly, thus intermittently not working. At this time, do not know to buy another unit or try to custom install.
