1 of 1 found this helpful Great for 3D viewing. I found the CGi effective yet at times reminded me of the 2010 film Inception. The story line did keep me interested throughout. Basic battle of good and evil which is a standard for Marvel movies. I did enjoy Tilda Swinton as the ancient one. Cumberbatch is Dr. Strange. Very little of McAdams, seemed to play a minor roll. If there are to be sequels, I would however miss Swinton. Not a lot of out of frame 3D, but, still worthy enough for 3D viewing.
In my opinion, 3D is always at its best when it extends beyond the frame.

Great movie classic. Judy at her best.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is one of the best examples of what a Hollywood musical was all about in the 40's. The tasteful and meticulous attention to detail in depicting a family living in St. Louis at the time of the first World's Fair was beautifully directed by Vincente Minnelli. The bonus features were very interesting and gave much insight into the production process. I highly recommend this film if you're looking for some good old fashion nostalgia.
