    Seller shipped very quickly! The shoes were as advertised except they were listed as NWT--tags attached. There were no tags, but they were obviously new--cardboard inserts in heels, paper padding in toes. But they were mailed in a padded envelope and arrived damaged. The envelope had obviously been bent, and the insole was out of the right shoe and was bent and wrinkled. When I contacted the seller, she responded immediately and issued a full refund. Would definitely deal with her again!
