Original Glock Factory Part

It makes a huge difference over the one that came on my 17 and 19 gen 4's.
It is also a genuine Glock factory part and easy to install, no gunsmith needed.
Just follow all safety rules like any other time you work on or clean your weapon.
Treat the weapon as if it were loaded till you are sure it is clear.
Mag out, slide locked open with a visual and physical check of the chamber.
I personally never have live ammo in the same room or in mags in that area..

Doesn't work as expected, not for me.
1 of 1 found this helpful The lens hood screws on fine, but it does not allow the lens cap to go back on to protect the lens when not in use. If you want to put it on while using to prevent flare it is ok, but to store the lens when not in use without the lens cap for protection is a problem. You will need to remove the lens hood and then the lens cap will work again.
There is a bayonet attach model that allows for the lens cap to remain on the lens. That offers more protection for your expensive lens and you can leave it on with full protection.
