Sound biblical discipline of yesteryear
0 of 1 found this helpful You either hate this book or love it depending what side of the "to spank or not to spank debate you're on."
If you have tried all other options first like true communication, rewards, encouragement & redirection with your child & gotten no where then it's high time to re-evaluate your very consistent discipline and consequences to get through to your naughty child & show them that Mommy & Daddy are not putting up with the bad behavior no matter what!
It's so sad when you see little ones whose bum is clearly needing attention & the parent's neglect this need because of modern stigma of choosing this style of discipline.
Children crave discipline when naughty & also your approval when they behave. They will develop respect for you for correcting their ways.
You don't spank to hurt (PADDLE or hand) you spank until they are sorrowful and you will see a longterm change of attitude!
When you are ready to take control back this is the book for you!
Learn to become a fantastic parent by becoming a VERY consistent disciplinarian & your child will make you VERY proud by learning respect & obedience that will last a life time!
