Good product poor instructions
Product is well made and worth the money.
Instructions are poorly written. Telling me to use common sense and follow safety protocols doesn’t replace details.
Used winch? The winch was either used or at least the cable was incorrectly wound. I had to uncoil the cable to thread it through the frame and the pulleys.

Essential when traveling
We bought it to insure all our devices were kept charged and functioning. It met all of our expectations. As a side note: thought we were going to have to return it as it wouldn’t charge. Then we discovered that in the house we were staying at that the outlets were turned off when the lights were turned off. That problem was easily remedied.🙄.
