I own a 2011 r1 and ran a 190cc battery which anyone who owns a r1 280cc is required not only is this battery lightweight it turns the bike right on in a instant and performance has improved this was the best thing I ever bought weighs absolutely nothing maybe 2 pounds compared to the conventional 6 pounds
