Pretty Good! depending

I bought this hoping to transmit audio to an older model Scala Rider. Unfortunately they wouldn't pair. Maybe because the Scala Rider is a two-way device. It took a few tries in transmit mode to pair with a Bose Mini Soundlink. Pairing in receive mode with Ubuntu Bluetooth was pretty straight forward. The range was about 20ft and in another room, adequate for my needs. The sound quality was fine after fiddling with the various volume levels, not too high or low on either end. Battery life was a couple of hours of constant use. There is a beep notification in the audio stream when the device is about to go off. This is a nice, inexpensive, piece of hardware and a great value if it is what you need.

accurate, fast enough, great value

I bought two of these thermometers because of the great price. I checked both in a water bath at several temperatures between ice and boiling with a laboratory grade thermometer. Both were never more than a F 0.1 degree off from the thermometer or each other. Speed. How fast do you need? The thermometers took about 7 seconds to get within about 3F degrees of the final reading. Reaching the final reading took another 6F or 7F seconds. This might be too long for you to measure a chicken thigh on a grill. It was more than acceptable for me. The case is plastic and not even remotely water resistant. Drop it in the sink, or pot, or leave it out in the rain It might not recover. Leave it next to a hot burner or grill it might melt. A $100 instant thermometer might fare better. It might not.
