    I can't Thank this seller enough for their Professionalism in all aspects of this transaction-they were very kind in going above and beyond in my request for using extra padding materials, and sending in a heavy duty cardboard box. Actually they double boxed the pottery using plenty of padding, as well as labeled the box multiple times as fragile. I am very happy to report that this beautiful pot arrived safely and was even expedited in shipping at their own expense! 10 star Professional seller!

    Sadly these four beautiful baccarat champagnes were packed badly and when the arrived they were shattered, I first asked for them to be replaced but they had no more in stock so I asked for a refund after a week of asking I still did not have a refund so I opened an official return request to move her along. She wants me to return the shards now before she refunds me??? Is she that short of cash that she is holding out for another week while I ship them to refund me??
