Boots
Boots matched my single that came with my NWF underdrive unit. Rivet plate is too narrow for my twin sticks. I had to fabricate my own with a wider gate.

Lifting plate
Does the job. Rather funky bolt patterns and slots that simply aren't necessary but then again maybe in the country of manufacture square bore carb patterns are screwy when you knock off American designs. Welds are sketchy. I'd recommend laying a new weave over them as I did. For the price you still come out ahead of building one yourself with the time to lay out and drill the holes.
