Warm & comfy
Easy to put on, IF you follow the enclosed & pictured directions to put it on from UNDER the seat; so the enclosed rings hold it in place. Mine did fit a more elongated toilet seat. I bought two since I am unsure how well the thin fabric will last. Must be HAND-WASHED according to manufacturer, which is a negative, IMO.

Has helped with muscle pain.
Both my partner and I have to take statins. We read the positives & negatives (Mayo clinic Healthline etc.) and talked to our Drs about whether to take Co Q10. I do have muscle pain from my statin, and this is one of the things this product can help with (and it has). There are not clear-cut studies to prove whether it helps lots of people in (many cases) but in that one of us has type 1 diabetes, and another is a pre-diabetic and stains can INCREASE blood sugars, we thought it advisable to take Co Q10 (also for that reason). We also do know, you produce less Co Q10, as you age. We feel we'd like to replace what we are loosing (naturally due to age) and what your (new statins) are also using up.
This was a larger bottle, and was offered at a better price (per pill). Do your own research and talk to your health care provider. These are large gel caps.

Wonderful product
This product seems to be discontinued and I do NOT like the new version, which is NOT as moisturizing, IMO as this one. I used this one on colored hair (immediately after the coloring -which can be very drying) and I am very happy with the results, along with the same version of the older conditioner of this Shea butter type.
