Samsung CF390 Series 24 inch Curved LED Monitor

Power cord didn't work

I'm not sure if it was the wrong power cord or if they sent a bad one, but I tried it the first day I got it and monitor wouldn't turn on. I purchased a new power cord specifically made for that model/serial# and it turned on immediately. I'm just a little upset that they say it is fully tested and working but then I can't even use it the first week or two because of the power cord they sent. Otherwise, great product.
