Exactly as described
1 of 1 found this helpful These were an upgrade to the ones that failed on my washing machine. Heavier metal and springs with rubber bumpers the original ones did not have. A phillips screwdriver to remove 3 screws was the only tool I needed. I did need to purchase some white lithium grease. Was about a 15 minute job and saved me from paying for a service call or buying a new washer.
