Does not work with Windows 10 Pro 64 - one screen only.

Installed in Dell 7010 (i5), uSWin10Pro64. One screen works great but it will not map the second display (where it just repeats the main screen output) AMD Catalyst Control Center doesn't run and I get popups telling me to install proper driver. Went to AMD... no luck. I don't think this card will work with W10P64. Vendor was helpful.
