PCS PulseWorx UPB Powerline Interface Module (PIM), RS232 (PIM-R)

Alexa/Google communication with PCS Pulseworx UPB PIM-R and VoiceUPBbridge!!!

The UPB-PIM works great. I used it to allow my UPB lighting switches to connect with Alexa and Google Assist via a Hubitat network hub, following the voiceupbbridge website. I also have Home Assistant installed on a Raspberry pi and a hardwired HAI/Leviton Omni Pro2 system with lots of UPB light switches. I installed a Home Assistant driver on Hubitat to bridge 2-way communication to Home Assistant and then installed an OmniLink Driver to Home Assistant to allow communication with the HAI\Leviton Omni Pro 2 panel. I now can control my HAI\Leviton Omni Pro2 panel with any Alexa and Google Assist device or mobile phone. The intercommunication is instant and consistent. No subscription fees for anything. I have now brought my 20 year old plus workhorse Omni Pro 2 system up to date and opened new possibilities of automating timed events, adding many new features ranging from UPB, Wifi, Z-wave/Zigbee, Cameras, Door locks, Thermostats, Wall mounted Touch Displays, Audio etc. and all have the option of controlling with Alexa/Google. Hope this helps somebody else out there. Home-assistant - Free open source software that can be installed on Windows, Linux or Rasp pi.

This kit resolved my faucet leak issue. OEM part in original packaging.

This is an OEM Delta part, sealed in the original packaging. It works exactly the way it was intended to. It resolved the leaking issue I had, which is when I turned on the cold water side, water began leaking and pooling from under the base of the sink faucet handle. This kit resolved my issue on the cold side. I repaired two separate faucets with this kit, with the same leaking cold side issue. While I was at it, I ordered another kit and proactively replaced the Hot sides too. All good now, no leaks. Thanks!
