Just what I wanted
It's the older style of battery (not the LIthium plus) but works great. Exactly what I ordered. I prefer the smaller/lighter 2Ah batteries and they're getting harder to find

easy to use, comfortable to wear
This has really helped me with my knee -- I appreciate that it comes with two ice packs so I can have one ready to go at any time. It is not too bulky or stiff so I can sit comfortably and walk with it on if necessary, but the air pump feature (which does help get the gel pack against all of the areas) does make it a bit awkward to wear when moving around. That's fine by me because I bought it for icing/elevating.
