I am extremely dissaponted

I am extremely dissaponted in how my item was shipped to me. For a thing that is sensitive esd and is sorta fragile i recived my graphics card I a sheet of foam and stuffed into a bubble envelope. No box and no anti static bag. This could of seriously damaged the product I bought. I have yet to put it in my computer to see if it works but it would not surprise me if it had issues for how it was packaged.
