Stuck in one place

We bought this cleaner after our pool store recommended it, but I don't see the benefit. Ever since we got it, it goes around the pool once and gets stuck in the same spot for the rest of the day. We have adjusted the settings several times, adjusted the length of the hose several times, but nothing seems to work. This product was a waste of money in our case. 😕😕😕

BAD QUALITY UMBRELLA

This umbrella didn't last 1 day before it broke to pieces. I don't recommend it to ANYONE! This has been the worst purchase I have EVER made. (By far!)
