Great easy to use Sous Vide
This is a great basic Sous-Vide. It is no frills set the temperature and time if you would like and go. It holds the temperature perfectly and the food has come out absolutely flawless. It was the best steak we have ever made at home hands down.

Nice gate, but not easy to open.
It is a good looking gate, however my one caution is that it is not as easy to open as other models. This gate requires you to lift it up to open it, a motion that I imagine could be difficult if you have a baby in your arms as well. Having said that a toddler would be hard pressed to get this open.
