"Very Potent"
I am very satisfied with this product. It gives me the jolt I need to get my day started. And it's a great substitute to having a real cup of coffee which is great for me since I don't care for the taste of coffee in general. Getting 2 0unces down is easy knowing the trade off and benefits that I get from it.

Ghost protein is effective
It was a good taste and most importantly it didn't upset my stomach like other protein powders have done. I want to try other flavors eventually
