YOU NEED THIS!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful If you're running a tank and you have any type of HOB (Hang On Back) or Canister type of power filter, then you should have this somewhere in that system! Period! Point! Blank! This stuff flat out works! And the fact that you can just recharge/replenish it yourself with a little bleach (instructions explain how to do it and it's quick and easy) then use it again and again, it's perfect! I have 1 for every tank in my home except for 1 and that's my fry tank that only runs a sponge filter.

Pretty Good Heaters
The heaters work well. Let them sit in room temperature water for a while to regulate first before you plug them in. They do a great job of heating and maintaining steady temperatures. The one and only downside is the extremely short power cord. I needed to buy extension cords just to reach my surge protector. For that reason alone I won't buy more of these. But if the company fixes the issue I'll buy cases of these heaters!

Great Quality Low Cost!!!
Works just as well as more expensive brands currently on the market. Easy to read display with good suction cups and long cord for probe placement in your tank. Only comes with 1 battery NOT extra batteries! That can be a little misleading. Can't complain for the cost and quality you get though!
