No Wireless Connection !!!
Just unpacked our New TCL 40FS3800 40 inch ROKU Smart LED TV (2015 Model); very happy & excited !! Works fine When connected to Satellite Box.....it even "Finds" my router , Wireless Network and shows MAC Address ! But when it needs to connect to my Wireless Router....it FAILS each time!!!! All my other wireless devices have had absolutely no problems in promptly connecting.......After multiple "REBOOTS" of my AT&T Router and trying 4-5 trouble-shooting attempts with the TECH-SUPPORT person in the Philippines ( VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND !!), she apologised and said ..." maybe the software is not updated to connect with the AT&T Router..."". Called AT&T, their TECH -SUPPORT checked my line and said it was fine...as expected. Well okay.....but why release this without an ETHERNET PORT ?????? Not happy anymore.....shipping it back !!!!!
