Quality item.
At first I thought it wasn't that cool, but then the outer sticker wrinkled up and I realized it's a lazer cut kind of sticker. Top shelf, excellent quality sticker.

The newest electric porta-potty. It's better in every way!
2 of 2 found this helpful I had the older square-ish electric flush porta-potty and we liked it just fine. The electric flush doesn't sound like that big of a deal. but none of us liked leaning over the toilet and pushing the little bellows pump repeatedly. The electric flush provides you with a button (regrettably in the same place~) that you just press and the water flow is sufficient and non-stop until you let off the button. It's no problem flushing, the flow is more than you get momentarily from the pump models, and it's continuous.
So that relates to any electric flush Thetford porta-potty. What's new and cool? This 'curve' model is more user friendly. The bowl is deeper and wider, sure to be appreciated by the male audience, no 'touch-downs' in this one. The handles and controls are very ergo and easy to use. There is a fresh water level indicator AND a black water indicator. But probably coolest of all, they left space in the lower tank area for a dedicated toilet paper space. The door in the side opens and reveals a regular toilet paper setup! When you service it you make sure the toilet paper is in place, and you'll never forget and leave it behind.
If I still had my old one it would be tough to pop for a new Curve model, but if I saw one I'd be very tempted. Our old one moved on within the family, and when we shopped for a replacement I came across the adds for this new one. Right then the shopping over, I knew right away a good deal on the older model wasn't for us! This is the nicest porta-potty ever!

67mm filter fits on mine. It's a good deal and gets you out there without a lot spent.
I'm surprised at the image quality. I've not measured lines/mm or anything like that, but took test images and compared them to other glass I have. Resolution is good, contrast is good, I think you'll get a solid image if you limit the light coming into the front of the lens. Flare is off the charts, if there is a bright item in front of you, it will be reflected in the middle of the image.
The filter size is 67mm, I was fortunate that another lens I own uses that size and I simply tried on the different sizes I have on hand. I've ordered a UV filter to protect the front element and a metal lens hood to see if it will reduce the stray light on the image.
Using the doubler you need a lot of light, but I still get nice images. Again, you are best off if you are shooting the brightest thing in front of the lens; any extra light will show up roughly in the middle of the image reducing the contrast there.
Shooting at 500mm without the doubler makes everything easier, and the image is quite good. Of course the image is smaller, but it's very clear. I haven't done any serious comparisons between the doubled image and the standard one, but my impression is that it's a good unit, not degrading the image.
I'm hoping I remember to update this review after I get the filter/hood, with information about how much the flare issue is reduced.
