ummm good , and good for you
been taking green juice in the morning daily for over a year and love it , love organifi products in general really, also taking daily turmeric and red juice daily , green juice in am ,turmeric daily mid morning, red juice evenings, at 57 years old a manual labor working man all my life as we age we find pains and aches in places we did not know were there, so been doing a few things to a path for better health, highly recommend green juice taste great to , I jazz it up a bit its recommended with water one scoop green juice, but I use 16 OZ almond milk ,one banana and a scoop of green juice in a blender and hummmmm man is it goooood, so after well over a year of use is it making a difference in my body I think so yes, although I am using 3 organifi products on a daily basis as well as heathier eating , my aches and pains in my joints or much less then two years ago for sure, don't expect to find a magic potion need to do things along with this product to better your heath , so stop reading reviews and go get some green juice one tube is one month supply so buy three give it a 90 day trial you might like it ,

MSR pocketrocket 2 for backpacking
Looked at the MSR pocketrocket and other cheaper options for some time , read many reviews and watched YouTube videos , mostly all positive reviews seen many bad reviews on the cheaper 8 to 20 $$$ stoves so I spent the extra buck to get one that was proven , and glad I did only used it twice once at 5500 elevation for a weekend back pack trip , and once at around 3300 elevation in AZ worked very well good flame control at temps of 45 to 70 DEG , been using a jet boil flash for years and was happy with it just wanted something different and more versatile so I built my own kit using a Stanley adventure cook kit and stainless steel cup small fuel can MSR pocket 2 and a coffee press nest Nicely in the stanly Adventure cook set ,then the cook set in the stainless steel cup , boils 2 cups of water in 3 or 4 minutes I love my coffee and cook on low heat uses less gas on low to med heat , if your pot or cup is smaller then say 5 inch diameter make sure its sits level as the smaller cups tend to not be as stable on the stove pocket 2 has the updated pot support folds up a little smaller then Gen 1 but heat control and function is the same I found in research anyway , if your looking for a small and light stove that works well look no further get one you will like it ,
