Surprised and impressed!!!
I have many knives, most made in USA, Germany or Switzerland. Some have cost 10-20 times the price of this knife. Was not expecting to be so pleasantly surprised! Sturdy knife, very sharp, can be easily opened with flipper or thumb stud, can be closed one-handed as well. 440 Stainless is good steel, holds an edge well, can be sharpened easily. Thick spine, the blade probably can take some punishment. Locks open solidly and though it's not totally rock-solid when open (very slight movement), it can easily be adjusted with a T8 torx; the tighter you adjust its opening, the more solid the blade is when open. At this price, listing 'cons' might be nit-picking. Clip can be used only one way, handle might be 'slippery when wet' (no rough textures), and knife is surprisingly heavy for its size- which is a matter of personal preference. Compared with everything out there, this is a good knife. But at this price, this is a superb knife, really great value. I just might get a second one, or even a few for gifts.

What a disappointment
1 of 7 found this helpful I've got a 35 year old 'Magic Brush'. They were five bucks then, they're about five bucks now. The ChomChom's hair-cleaning surface is the exact same material, and it's so annoying to only be able to brush about 4 inches forward and back instead of long passes with a brush. Do not be deceived into thinking you can swipe this thing over any distance greater than a few inches, it's NOT really a 'roller'. You won't enjoy cleaning a couch or bedspread, unless you like cleaning about a 8" square at a time. The ONLY upside is the somewhat self-cleaning function, and the hair trap. But a Magic Brush for $5 does the same job of picking up hair, plus you can run the length of a bed with a brush, and NOT with a ChomChom. For $30, it's bordering on a scam. As a cat behaviorist, and 'with cats' for 45 years, I thought this might be an answer to my prayers. Total disappointment, i already have a magic brush, and it's just as good, or better.
