  Seller was quick to communicate, and delivery was speedy. My issues, and the one-star rating are for the ITEM and not the seller. Upon receipt, I washed/dried the duvet cover and shams exactly as instructed on the tag. They definitely needed pressing. Biggest complaints: extremely scratchy fabric for '100% washed cotton'; and the fact that a white zipper was used on a nearly navy-blue cover. Cheapens the look.

  One of the best sellers on eBay I need my item by February 6 they shift it in well advance so it would arrive by January 6 unfortunately it got lost in the shipping, but they stood by and made it good thanks so much PS the correspondent was excellent
