open box ok... but unsealed, not ok. Product took forever to get to me.

Ad said open box and I understand that..l however most of the time, when a product is sold as open box, the cartridge is still sealed, just the box may be damaged or opened. Not sure if this is even gonna work. Product came super slow... ETA date kept changing to a later date.

Broke on first day of use

As I attached it to my windshield, and while adjusting, the suction cup ripped off from its base. It could not be installed back.
