Best Vitamin C
I have been taking this for 8 months and made it through winter without out so much as a cold or a cough while everyone around me was battling colds and flu. I work in a prison so I am around a lot of people. I gave this to my son who was starting to come down with a cold and getting worse. I loaded him up on it and his symptoms never got worse in less than a week he was back to normal. Both of us are on medication that suppresses our immune system so we tend to get sick more often and stay sick much longer. This stuff really works, I wish it wasn't so expensive but with liposomal vitamin C your body is able to absorb and utilize it which is not true with other vitamin C's. This is made from non GMO's.

There's only 0ne Dude
I saw this movie the shortly after it was released and remembered I really enjoyed it. I guess my tastes have changed since then. Although there were some hallarious scenes I had forgotten the foul language it had. I guess that's what having kids will do for you. It would be a movie worth seeing if you don't mind the F word in almost every sentence and some slow times throughout the movie.
