Well built, strong suction, excellent cleaning tool
Likes: Almost everything. Suction, tools, sturdy, etc. Dislikes: None - but I've used it once, including testing the tools. Comments: It has 3 carpet height settings, whereas other models have 5. However, the manual recommends using the low setting for all except shag carpet. It does not have the dirt-finder feature. I consider that more of a gimmick, so it doesn't matter to me. The self-propelled function is fairly aggressive. I'll either learn to use a light touch or leave the self-propel off. I don't find the unit that heavy. Suggest reading the manual. For example, it recommends vacuuming throw rugs in one direction. When pulling back, push down the handle so the front is elevated to avoid sucking in the end of the rug. Works like a charm! I am initially Very Impressed. Since my lady has an older model from the same line (10 plus years), I am looking forward to a long service life.

I bought this vacuum because I thought my 5 year old Wind Tunnel was giving out - it WASN'T
Great vacuum, but NOT the model advertised. That's why I gave it three stars. The model I received is U5491900 Practically identical to the one advertised. Still, you SHOULD get what you pay for! Just received, assembled, and tested the one received yesterday. Initially, it works great - as does the 5 year old U50000. (Apparently, I made a mistake when reassembling after replacing belts. Now working perfectly.)

Better than the brand I replaced
Likes: Powerful, well made. Dislike: Clippings blow out between the top cover and the bag. When mowing the dusty area of my yard, I usually wear a mask. I wanted a bag to collect clippings as the mulch was accumulating. The mower I had was discontinued, so I couldn't order a bag attachment for it. I believe this one has also been discontinued, but it comes with a bag. Was a great value for the price. However, the new model has casters on the front wheels, so presume it's more maneuverable. Being thrifty, I saved about $60 by buying this model - and Would do it again.
