Tire is fine. Just old.
The tire is fine , however, the dot number shows it was made in 2020. When you store vintage cars that sit for long periods the newer the tire the longer the tire will last. The tire this tire is replacing looked new but the tread separated from sitting so long. It would have been nice if this tire was manufactured in 2022.

Great product
This is a great product. Removed 1-1/2 inch lug nuts off 48 foot semi-trailer that had been sitting for 15 years. Did put penetrating oil on lug nuts and tapped them with hammer but still amazed. There may be stronger impact wrenches, however, you will be hard pressed to find a bolt that this wrench will not remove.
