OEM spec and design economical motor.

This is the updated version of the original motor that came with Hayward super pumps. Construction is similar with the exception of the wiring cover. The motor design and operation is the same as the OEM that you are replacing. It is a good value and the most economical replacement available for the super pumps. There is another design that is free of the rotating button that is a better performing option if you plan on keeping your super pump in service. I bought this as a temporary solution until I upgrade to a variable speed pump. Simple installation for either 115 or 230. Change the pump seals and gaskets when you install your new motor for worry-free operation.
