Maybe okay in a camper?
7 of 7 found this helpful Might be fine for camping, but not to replace a malfunctioning refer ice machine. It took all day to fill our refer ice bucket. The necessary steps were to fill water, run the ice maker, listening carefully for it to finish (because otherwise the ice starts to melt), dump each small batch onto a container in our freezer, let the ice harden, break the hardened ice apart, dump it into the refer ice bucket. Repeat. Over and over. All day.

Colors are off
The kit is good quality, except the colors of thread included are not as shown in the picture. For instance, the outline (dark) brown is so similar to the lighter brown that it was indistinguisable. I ended up buying a different color of thread to use for light brown. Actually used gray...who ever heard of a brown racoon anyway?
