    Not a great experience. He sent me an inferior product that was advertised, fought with me when I tried to return it. Once I proved it was a knock off, he sent me the return slip and a few days put a case out that I never sent the product back to him which I did.

    We followed the return procedure by requesting photos to confirm your request then sent a return label immediately. Once shipped the item arrived late due to postal services. Tracking shows thi, eBay requested a confirmation of return on 4/16 & 4/17 when the item was still in transit. We didn’t receive the return until 4/18.
