  I agreed to this buyer returning the item even though I did not have to. I refunded the full cost including postage for this item, again I did not have to. After 45 days this buyer left me negative feedback as they had to pay the return postage for this item, which is correct. The buyer was concerned that I charged accordingly for a well wrapped parcel, the items were wrapped in bubble wrap whereas as they sent them flat packed as a large letter. On these reasons I would not recommend.
