Watch bottom of stake
When I first put this in the ground I decided to put it elsewhere. When I removed it, the green pointed platic cap stayed in the ground. I had to dig up the yard to find it. I ended up glue gunning and electrical taping it back on as not to lose it. Other wise works great. Emits sound every 30 seconds. Not sure if it actually chases the moles. Haven't seen any new tunnels. Going to move it to the back yard, for a while, before cold weather sets in.
