A most epic laptop that just needs bettert cooling
It exceeds the laptops I've had before and goes almost toe to toe with my PC with an MSI 2080 and 2nd PC with an MSI 2070 Armor. It gets a lot hotter than the PC's but that's understandable with it's slim design. I'm planning to make a custom fan rig for it to showcase it while it runs a 2nd screen. 34" curved @ 2k. The keyboard really makes it pop out to people that see it. The ability to expand the storage with 2 more M2 drives is a major bonus.

Very solid CPU.
Upgraded to this from an Intel-4790k that I've had as my Work Horse for the last 8+ years. The difference is very noticeable and I am glad I waited this long to upgrade as I got to see the difference it made on many tasks using my MSI 2080's on top of finally being able to play a larger range of games since some won't run on outdated Hardware.. Same went for the AI/ML work needing a 9th Gen or higher.

I love my 2080!!!!!!
Great card and able to handle almost everything I throw at it on a 2k curved screen. Where it doesn't shine is when I turn all the settings up on newer games and it sometimes dips under the 100fps/60fps thresholds. I want to say it might be my CPU since my Laptop with a 2070 does a little better on the same games but also hits a limit when I have it running the curved screen. Other than that, I ended up getting a 2nd 2080 for my other computer to hold me until I could afford a 3070 to which I will put the 2080's into SLi and see where that gets the games to.
