Stop Being Mean to Yourself
It's an interesting story, and fun to read. However, I didn't find a lot of wisdom packed into this book, though. Between the new-agey talk about vortexes, she did slip in the "revelation" that she had, which boiled down to "know yourself."
I'm sure Melanie is very enlightened, and has a lot of information to pass along, but this probably isn't one of her most valuable books.

1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this watch to time myself during workouts. I wanted something cheap, unobtrusive style, stopwatch and lightweight on my wrist. It's very economical and does the basics easily. Time (12/24 hour), Alarm ( 1 ), Stopwatch. The functions of the buttons are so intuitive you won't even need to look at the manual. Easy to read dial and it's very light and comfortable to wear. Only con is that the backlight is very weak - only lights up the hour and you have to strain and look sideways to barely see the minutes. I don't need to see the time in the dark, so just under $10 is a great value for me.
