I Really Like This Chair With Two Buts

This is the third chair I have purchased for various locations in my offices and home office. It is super comfortable and the leather is a great value. I only have two criticisms: the tilt mechanism does not seem to work right out of the box, and after more prolonged use, the gas lift on the height adjustment does not work. Otherwise, easy to assemble and a good value.
