  The item description stated “No chips or damage” but it has many chips. I contact the seller who denied this, then I went back to check the photos and if you look very closely, you can see some of these chips. It appears the seller intentionally took photo angles to try to hide the chips but she stated there was no damage. “This seller does not accept returns” came up when I went to return it. I gave her a chance to make it right, but she did not do so. I do not recommend this seller.

  I did not purposefully take photos at angles to hide damage. I saw no damage or chips with my naked eye when inspecting the item. Anyone who looks at the photos will see I took clear photos at multiple angles. This is not a large sculpture and the chips simply weren’t seen by me. You were hostile with me from the first moment you mentioned the problem and I’ve since given a full refund. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

  UPDATE: Even though the item indicated that the seller does not accept returns, I requested a return. The seller accepted the return, I shipped the item back, and I was refunded my purchase and shipping price. Kudos to the seller for doing the right thing.
