Adkins Protein-Rich shake

My doctor advice me to go on a lowfat/low carb low sugar diet.. Well I have tastes the other protein shake, and they are okay.. I see the commercial of the Adkins products sooooo let's try the shake.. They are delicious from the chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate banana, dark chocolate are simply delicious.. And if I want to but a little spice to the shake I will add one spoon of peanut butter, one banana, one teaspoon of cinnamon and put it the blender for 2-3 seconds and it's a vanilla milkshake... (I put my banana in the freezer and when I want a milkshake it will be good and cold).. I am totally satisfied with the Adkins Protein-Rich shake and that it's going to become a way of life for me..
