My husband had the start of a cataract. After taking New Nordic Blueberry Eyebright for a year the optician could find no trace of the cataract. I had a cataract due to an eye injury. Eyebright did not work for that but about four years after surgery the lens capsule started to cloud over and I was told I would have to have laser treatment. Again, a year with the Eyebright and the cloudiness was much less. Another year and it was gone. I do eat a lot of antioxidants, including blueberries most days. And no junk food. Supplements won't work if your diet's not right.
