Shipping takes forever
I had to ask for them to ship it two days after I ordered item or refund me so I could get the tool I need in less than two weeks so they marked It shipped but it’s just been sitting and not moving first it was Tuesday then Friday maybe Saturday. Now possibly Tuesday, Shipping said fast and free. In no way have they lived up to that. I wrote them and explained and they just screwed me anyway. Marking an item as shipped and actually shipping it is two different things.

Brand new as advertised
