I love ‘em
I hate protein bar, in general, but I love these. I keep them in the freezer as a cold chewy treat. But NOTE: these are soy based protein NOT candy. If you want S’mores, then make them properly and deal with the calories. We must each decide our priorities and live with our decisions. If you palette is used to candy and donuts, soy will leave an ‘after taste’. But this goes away if you have a bottle of water with the bar (another good idea). Try multiple bars and decide for yourself. I prefer S’mores and the blueberry and strawberry yogurt bars. Cheers to your health!!

Not worth the cost
I’m a hobbyist work smith and metal smith. This Trend Lapping fluid was miraculously UNIMPRESSIVE. I have used stone and diamond sharpening stones with water, oils, Windex, dry and various sharpening/lapping fluids recommended by others. Trying to find a perfect combo for sharp chisels, knives and tools. For me, this fluid shows the result of good marketing. The cost does NOT provide the benefits touted. For about 1/10th the cost cheap window cleaner does just as well and is easier to clean off the Diamond Stone.
My results are in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. Use Water with water stones; Oil with oil stones; and for Diamond Stones: use dry, plain water or my preferred cheap window cleaner. I believe the small amount of soap both lubricates and helps clean the stones afterwards. I use a cheap poly bristle hand brush and warm water to clean my stones.
Best of luck to you all. Stay sharp and sharpen/hone often. Cheers!
