This item does exactly what I wanted it for. Not as torquey as my old 7.2V DeWalt screwdriver, but if I need more torque than this, I grab my impact. It's nice light weight and compact size compared the 7.2 is nice to carry around ALL day.

Don't know longevity yet, but I charged some AAA batteries in my head lamp I keep on my hard hat...they were so dead the LEDs wouldn't even try to illuminate. Charged them up and they power the LEDs as bright as brand new batteries. I go through batteries like crazy as an electrician between flash lights, head lamps, meters, label makers, etc
