At the price, cannot go wrong
A rebuild kit on THIS type of carb does little to help your engine run. You still have passages to clean inside the carb. But truth is the main ones your need to clean with screw out the top of the carb. Then you are still left with a carb that has the throttle shaft bore worn. This allows air through the throttle shaft hole and that disrupts the air flow through the carb at it will never be right until that is fixed.

No Low Speed Jet Adjustment
There is not a low speed jet adjustment. It runs lean only at idle. There is a plug, and no adjustable jet. The stock carb did have an adjustabler low speed jet.
