Disappointed in Tube
I bought this for my mother-in-law as I already had one. But when I got it, I found out the tube was about 8 inches shorter than the felt mat. That is a problem---you have puzzle pieces spread over the entire mat so when your ready to roll the unfinished puzzle up to complete at another time, pieces that did not get rolled up around the tube do not stay where you had them. The tube should have been the same width as the felt and then this would not happen.
In addition, the felt was folded in order to all fit on the tube. So when you unfold it, there are two big creases in the felt mat. Instructions say you can iron these out--but who wants to to this each time you want to use the mat. This could all have been eliminated if the tube had been the same width as the felt mat.
My suggestion would be to have the tube be the same width as the felt mat. Then the above two issues would be eliminated.
